Downstairs is an open plan lounge with 2 leather armchairs and a double leather sofa with French doors opening onto the garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dining table and dining chairs.For cosy nights in there is a wood burning stove, satellite tv and DVD player. The bathroom has an extra large shower fitted. This barn also has an outdoor table and chairs on a decked area.

From Helston take the A3083 to The Lizard and just past RNAS Culdrose turn left onto the B3293 to St. Keverne. Go through Garras and take a left just after the white double gate houses of Trelowarren estate signposted to Newtown St. Martin. At the T junction turn right and follow this lane for 2.3 miles into the hamlet of Tregowris. The road then forks to the left and round 7 bends. Take the right turn down the hill at the triangulation point to Tregarne and we are the last house on the right, just after Tregarne farmhouse.
